How can I create an account?

You can register to create an account directly here. However, you don't need to create an account to access any features on our site. After placing an order, you'll have the option to create an account to save your information for future purchases. However, all other features on our site are accessible without an account.

How do I log in to my account?

You can log in directly to your account here. If you're experiencing difficulties logging into your account, it’s possible that your account is considered 'dormant.' This could explain why your email address is not recognized when you attempt to use the ‘forgot password’ option. To reactivate your account, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to www.smuuvbody.com.
  2. Click on “Accounts” icon in the upper right corner.
  3. On the page, select “Create An Account.”
  4. Enter the same email address you used for your previous orders, and choose a new password for your account.

Once you log in, your account will be activated, and all your previous order information will be available, ensuring your order history is up to date.

I forgot my account password, how do I reset?

You can reset your password directly on the Login page. Click the "Forgot Your Password" link, and enter your email address there. If your email address is associated with an account, we'll email you with instructions on how to reset your password. Be sure to check your junk and Spam folders.

How do I update, modify, or close my Smuuv account?

To update or modify your account information, go to your account settings and under "Profile" click "Account" to update or modify your information. To close your account, please contact us to request account closure. We will close your account and your order history and points will be permanently cleared.

Do Smuuv orders come discreetly packaged?

Our packages are delivered in standard shipping boxes with no logos but the shipping label will have our brand and business details written on it. We do not include any pesky invoices or receipts with any price details in the box, so you can send Smuuv Body products as a gift without the awkwardness and not feel tacky!

Are Smuuv products available on Amazon or Ebay?

We have no authorized resellers on Amazon or Ebay, so if you do find a Smuuv product there - unfortunately we can't verify its origins and quality. As a result, we can't provide help, returns, or refunds for products purchased from an unauthorized Amazon or Ebay seller.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Yes, we stand by the quality of our products. Most items come with a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Every Smuuv Body device is backed by a one-year limited warranty starting from your purchase date. If your device experiences a functional issue due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace it at no extra cost.

Please note: The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications. This warranty ensures we’ll repair or replace your product if there’s an issue related to its functionality under normal use.

How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

Enough of Smuuv Body? We find it hard to believe! If you still want to unsubscribe from our newsletter, this is no problem. To do this, scroll to the bottom of your last newsletter. There you will find the “Unsubscribe” button.

I sent you an email, when can I expect a response?

Thank you for writing to us. Our team is working very hard and we are experiencing very rapid growth at this time. While we are expanding our resources, our aim is to respond to all inquiries within 24 - 72 hours. Please note that our response times may vary during peak periods such as after product launches or promotions.

What's Smuuv Body's phone number?

We do not offer phone support at this time due to the size of our current team. However, we are here to assist you via email at support@smuuvbody.com, and we typically respond within a few hours. This can take up to 72 hours during busy periods.

To help us provide you with the best possible assistance, please include any relevant details about your inquiry. This may include your order number, the email address used for your purchase, and any photos or additional information that could help us address your question more effectively. What is Pre-Order?

A Pre-Order occurs when we have incoming stock that has not yet reached our fulfilment centres. You can still order these products and we will ship as soon as stock arrives. This is usually on, or close to the specified date on the product page. 

Can you order for me?

Unfortunately we are unable to place any orders for customers on their behalf. You can order directly through our website. If you need any further assistance please contact our customer service team using our Support page and they will get back to you within 24-72 hours.

How do I make a complaint?

At Smuuv Body, we strive to provide excellent customer service, but if you feel we have fallen short, our complaints procedure ensures your concerns are handled efficiently.

You may submit a complaint via email or via web form which is available on our Contact Us page. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 24-72 hours. Your reference for the complaint will be your Order number if you have one.

  2. Assessment and Response Time: Upon receiving your complaint, our team will review and assess the issue. We aim to provide an initial response and attempt resolution within 72 hours. In cases where further investigation is required, we will keep you informed of the process and provide a final resolution wherever possible within 20 working days.

  3. Escalation Process: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may request that your complaint be escalated to a senior member of our team. A Team Manager will review your case and respond with a final decision wherever possible within 10 working days.

  4. Final Resolution: Smuuv Body’s decision following the escalation process is considered final. However, this does not affect your statutory rights under consumer law.

Please note that if you are an EU consumer then any disputes may also be submitted for online resolution to the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution [BB2] platform.
